The Reflection That Finds You at the End of the Week

A personalized weekly summary generated from your conversations with Aura, written to help you see the patterns you've been living through.

Most self-reflection requires you to initiate it. To sit down, open something, and decide to look back.

Weekly Insight works differently. It comes to you.

Built from What You've Actually Shared

Every time you talk to Aura, check in with Pulse, work through something in Knot Untangler, or use any other feature, Aura is building a picture of your week.

Not to monitor you. To understand you.

At the end of each week, once you've had enough conversations for a meaningful reflection, Aura generates a Weekly Insight: a short, personalized piece of writing that reflects back what it noticed.

  • The themes that kept coming up
  • The emotions that appeared most often
  • The patterns in when you felt most and least like yourself
  • Something worth carrying into the week ahead

It reads less like a report and more like a note from someone who was paying attention.

Unlocked by Showing Up

Weekly Insight isn't generated automatically. It's earned by engaging with Aura across the week.

The app tracks your progress toward unlocking it: "Chat with Aura in two more days to unlock your weekly reflection." That number isn't a task to complete. It's a signal that the more you use Aura, the more it has to reflect back.

A week where you only checked in once won't produce much of an insight. A week where you checked in several times, processed something difficult, and explored a relationship that was weighing on you, will.

A Different Kind of Self-Knowledge

Most of what we know about ourselves comes from what we think about ourselves in the moment. That self-knowledge is limited. It's subject to mood, recency bias, and the particular story we happen to be telling ourselves that day.

Weekly Insight gives you something different: a view from slightly outside. A synthesis of multiple moments across multiple days, written without the emotional charge of any single one.

Over time, reading these weekly reflections builds a picture of who you actually are, not just who you think you are on a given Tuesday.

Stored in Your History

Every Weekly Insight is saved in your History tab, so you can return to it anytime.

Looking back across several weeks reveals something no single reflection can: the longer arc of what you've been moving through, what's been changing, and where you're actually going.

When You Don't Know What You're Feeling
You don't have to arrive with the answer already formed. Aura is built for the moments before the words exist. Most emotional support tools assume you already know what you're feeling. They ask you to name it, rate it, track it. They give you a list
The Moments Aura Is Actually Built For
Not for every moment. For the specific ones that are hardest to navigate alone. Aura isn't meant to replace the people in your life. It's meant for the moments when those people aren't quite right for what you're carrying. When it'
The More You Share, the More It Understands
Aura isn't a static tool. It's a companion that builds a clearer picture of you over time, and gets more useful the more you use it. Most apps work the same way on day one as they do on day one hundred. You open them, you
